If you want to cancel a booking, we request that you inform our team before your scheduled gaming time. Bookings cancelled early may be eligible for refund support or date change assistance. Refunds are generally sent back within 5 to 7 working days through the same payment option used during booking. However, refunds may not be possible for missed visits, late arrivals, or unused game sessions after the timing starts. Group bookings and birthday event reservations may follow separate cancellation conditions depending on the package selected.
